Former NFL cornerback, Antonio Dennard, was fatally shot outside a restaurant/ bar over the weekend in Pennsylvania.
The shooting reportedly occurred around 3:15 a.m. Sunday, outside Legends Bar and Restaurant, in Muhlenberg Township.
Dennard, 32 was transported to Reading Hospital by a private vehicle where he succumbed to his injuries.
At this time defectives are ruling his death a homicide. An autopsy is scheduled for Tuesday.
Dennard played football for Langston University before being signed by the Jacksonville Jaguars in 2012 as a free agent. He then joined the New York Giants in 2013 before joining the Greenbay Packers practice squad.
This shooting remains under investigation.
