A Louisville father has been charged with murder after punching his son in the head. 
According to reports Anthony Trice,26 was home alone with his 1 month old son DeAnthony Friday night playing a video game when he became angry because he was losing.
He says he then threw the controller and punched his son in the head because he was frustrated. 
Trice then picked up his son to take him in the kitchen to make a bottle but dropped him.
He then said he placed his son in a car seat and noticed him looking distressed so he called police. 
When authorities arrived DeAnthony was transported to Norton Children’s Hospital where he died Sunday night.
Trice’s original charges of first degree criminal abuse of a child has been upgraded to murder and a bond of 1,000,000 cash.
