An Arkansas father is facing charges for allegedly killing a man he found alone in a car with his missing daughter.
According to the Lonoke County Sheriff’s Office, authorities were called to a residence on October 8 after Aaron Spencer reported that his 14 year old daughter was missing.
While deputies were in route, they learned that Spencer had located his daughter inside a vehicle with Michael Fosler.
A confrontation occurred between Spencer and Fosler, which resulted in the father shooting the man. Fosler was declared dead at the scene.
Spencer, 36, was arrested and charged with first degree murder. He is currently being held at the Lonoke County Detention Center.
