Ryan Callins, an ex-fitness club worker, will not go to prison after being convicted of sexually assaulting two underage girls. He was also convicted of trying to sexually assault two others.
The 21 year-old, from Colorado Springs, Colorado, will have to register as a sex offender. Callins was sentenced to probation and must go to jail for 30 days. He is not allowed to communicate with anyone under 18 until permission has been given.
He was suspected of initiating sexual contact with four kids while working at VillaSport Athletic Club and Spa in the Villa Kids program in late 2018.
Callins was apprehended in March 2019. He was found guilty of six charges against him. They included two counts of sexual assault by one in a position of trust and two counts of attempting this offense. He was was also found guilty of two counts of attempting to coerce a child into sexual activity.
