Elon Musk Makes The Deal And Purchases Twitter

Twitter publicly announced Monday, they have accepted Musk’s offer of purchasing the public platform.

Although the transaction hasn’t been completed, Elon Musk has entered into a purchase agreement to buy Twitter for approximately $44 Billion.

Musk purchased each share of Twitter at the closing stock price on April 1, 2022, which is $54.20.

Once the transaction is completed, Twitter will become privately owned by Musk.
