Elderly San Antonio Man Attacked and Robbed After Assisting Woman at His Door

An 86-year-old man from San Antonio was attacked and robbed at his home last week after a woman knocked on his door and asked for some water.

Jose Hernandez was home on July 16 when a woman appeared at his door with a man waiting for her outside. Hernandez, who was distracted cooking, let the woman in and returned to the kitchen. Shortly after, the man entered his home and followed him to the kitchen.

The intruder grabbed the 86-year-old man, making him fall and break his elbow before stealing $400 from his wallet.

The suspects, who were wearing matching outfits, were seen on security footage celebrating with a high-five as they left the premises.
The man and woman have yet to be identified and are still on the loose.
