Drunk Driver Kills 1 Passenger and Severely Injures Another Passenger, In A Car Crash Near 300 E Camp Wisdom
Dallas Police responded to a major accident involving a Tan 2008 Ford F150 pickup, near 300 E Camp Wisdom Thursday evening.
Around 6:09pm the driver (Timothy Fry) of the 2008 Ford F150 was driving at a high speed in multiple lanes. The vehicle went off the road and hit a steel power pole.
The front passenger of the vehicle identified as a 39- year-old black male suffered major injuries was taken to the hospital were he succumbed from his injuries. The second passenger who was in the back seat was taken to Methodist Central Hospital were he suffered facial fractures and a hip fracture. The driver was also transported to Methodist Central Hospital with minor injuries.
The driver was tested for intoxication and placed under arrest for Intoxication Manslaughter and Intoxication Assault.
