Dispatcher And Seven Officers Facing Termination Over Sexually Explicit Text Messages

A dispatcher, a sergeant, and a deputy could be fired from their jobs in Bexar County, Texas. This is in regards to sexually explicit text messages between the dispatcher who is married and up to seven law enforcement officials.

Sources report that the workers have stated that they aren’t guilty of any wrongdoings while they were at work. But, two spouses provided text messages to investigators that show that isn’t true.

Sheriff Renaldo Salinas, deputy Juan Leal, and dispatcher Kystle Perez have all been put on unpaid administrative leave.

“…I feel so hot and sexy when I’m…,” one message from Salinas to Perez read.

“I can feel it all of it and I love it,” Perez wrote to Salinas.

“I can’t wait for us to be naked and us caressing each other and then kissing each other all over,” Leal wrote to Perez.

“[Expletive], Yes,”, Perez responded.

The dispatcher’s spouse, Giancarlo Perez, discovered the messages between his wife and six deputies and another officer.

In December, investigators with internal affairs received the text messages.

It isn’t known if the officers were working at the time, but one of the text messages was at 10:20 p.m.

“I get off at midnight. I came on early,” Salinas wrote to Perez.

Detective Jason Jarvis was placed on suspension for 30 days, too. He is going through a divorce as his wife says that he had an affair with the dispatcher, as well.

Although a criminal case isn’t pending, those involved in the matter violated the code of conduct of the Bexar County Sheriff’s Office.

An investigation is ongoing, and more deputies could face punishment at a later time.
