According to a new lawsuit, Diddy has been accused of drugging and sexually assaulting a woman on camera more than thirty years ago in NYC. However, Diddy has denied the accusations.

Joi Dickerson-Neal stated that she was a college student at Syracuse University in 1991 when she met Diddy. She added that the pair went on a date that didn’t turn out well.

Documents state that Diddy took the woman to a restaurant in Harlem in January 1991 where she was employed. He then took her to a recording studio.

When the woman exited Diddy’s vehicle, she said that she could barely stand and her legs didn’t feel right, making her believe that Diddy had drugged her as they ate dinner.

The woman added that after leaving the recording studio, Diddy took her to a residence and sexually assaulted her as he recorded the incident.

The woman is suing Diddy through the New York Adult Survivor’s Act. This is a law giving alleged victims of sexual abuse a one-year timeframe to file a civil lawsuit despite the statue of limitations being up. Thursday was the deadline to file a lawsuit such as this, and that is when the suit was filed.

Attorneys for Diddy say that Dickerson-Neal’s 32-year-old claim is not true and shouldn’t be believed. They added that she just wants money, and the businesses she mentioned don’t even exist.

The woman has also said that Diddy showed a secret video to many people. Even one musician had told her that Diddy had shown “everyone” the video.

The woman says that her life took a turn for the worse after the incident. She left school at Syracuse and was diagnosed with clinical depression.

This lawsuit comes just a week following another lawsuit against Diddy by Cassie. She accused him of rape, abuse, and human trafficking while they were a couple. Diddy swiftly reached a settlement in that matter.
