Denny’s Employee Assaulted After Recording People Leaving Without Paying

A Houston was attacked by a group of people after she recorded them leaving a restaurant without paying for their food.
The incident happened at a Denny’s on September 5 on the 900 block of N. Wilcrest.
The suspects allegedly ordered $74 worth of food and fled the restaurant without paying.
Video surveillance caught the suspects fleeing the restaurant with the food and getting inside a vehicle.
The employee is then seen following the suspects out and recording them.
A woman got out of the vehicle and began assaulting the employee as she walked back inside the restaurant.
The suspect then walked inside and began beating the employee some more before getting back in the vehicle and fleeing the scene.
