Collin County police are investigating after a man was found deceased inside a McKinney home.
According to reports a man went to a local hospital emergency room Wednesday to be treated for injuries and told doctors that there was an unconscious man at their home.
When officers went to the home on Billy Mitchell Drive they found a deceased man with a head injury.
Authorities have not released the victims identity or cause of death at this time.
This is an ongoing investigation.
