Daughters Turn In Their Father After He Was Featured On ‘America’s Most Wanted’ For Sexual Battery On A Child

51-year-old Davie Albarran was taken into custody on Sunday after being on the run and being featured on America’s Most Wanted. His daughters assisted law enforcement with his apprehension.

Albarran, who told officials his name was Jose, was taken into custody in Polk County, Florida, after having warrants out for his arrest for sexual battery on a child under 12 and lewd conduct with a child under 12. In addition to that, he didn’t pay child support in an unrelated matter.

Ana and Yaneiry Albarran, Davie Albarran’s daughters, had been on social media with accusations of what their father has supposedly done. They also provided authorities with tips which resulted in their father’s arrest.

Ana Albarran said that after posting on social media, she received multiple DMs from others who claimed that Davie Albarran had abused them, as well.

“Please share and paint the city with his face. My father Davie Albarran is a pedo. He’s on the run, and the cops are looking for him,” she commented in a December 2022 Facebook post.

Ana updated the post, saying that there are at least 12 victims.

In December 2022, Davie Albarran was featured on America’s Most Wanted.

On Feb. 12, his daughters were on another episode.

Yaneiry Albarran reported that the family was first alerted when her niece had told her sister that Davie Albarran had been sexually abusing her for a couple of months.

“My heart dropped. I was devastated. My dad was my best friend, and I couldn’t believe he did that,” she said.

Albarran is being held in the Polk County Jail until he is extradited to Osceola County.
