A Texas man accused of smothering more than 20 women at a Dallas senior living complex has been charged with three more counts of capital murder.
Billy Chemirmir,48 was given the additional charges on Tuesday by a Dallas grand jury.
Chemirir is currently in custody facing 17 capital murder charges and two attempted murder charges in Dallas and Collin County.
He has also been linked to seven additional murders by medical examiners reports.
Chemirir’s recent charges are against Joyce Abramowitz,82, Margaret White,86 and Doris Wasserman,90, who all lived at The Tradition Prestonwood senior living complex in Dallas.
Authorities believe these women were all smothered or choked to death before being robbed of their belongings.
Chemirir was arrested in 2018 and remains in custody on a $11.6 million bond.
If convicted Chemirir could face the death penalty.
