Dallas Shooting Suspect Dies from Self-Inflicted Injuries

A suspect connected to a deadly shooting last week has succumbed to his injuries.

On April 3, 2025, at around 3:45 a.m., the Dallas Police responded to a shooting incident in the 3300 block of Ingersoll Street. Initial investigations revealed that Adan Sanchez, 20, had been shot on-site by Frank Cisneros. The Dallas Fire-Rescue team arrived and pronounced Sanchez dead.

Cisneros managed to escape before the officers arrived but was later located in the 4800 block of Bernal Drive. When confronted by the police, he turned the gun on himself.

DFR transported Cisneros to the hospital in critical condition, where he passed away from his injuries on April 6, 2025.
