A Dallas police officer was arrested early Saturday morning after pulling out an AR-15 style rifle during a heated argument.
John Rozell, 34 was arrested by Lancaster PD around 2:30 a.m. on the 1400 block of I-35 following a heated discussion in a parking lot.
Apparently Rozell and another man got into an argument in the parking lot when he went to his vehicle and grabbed an AR-15 rifle.
He then displayed the weapon while walking towards the other man.
Authorities were called and Rozell was arrested and charged with displaying a firearm. He has since been placed on administrative leave pending the outcome of the investigation.
No it’s brandishing a firearm and it’s a felony
