Dallas Police Need Help Identifying Suspect And Vehicle In the Kidnapping of 7 Year Old Lillie May Anderson

Dallas police are asking for the public’s assistance in locating a kidnapping suspects vehicle.

The incident happened on June 11, around 12 pm, when 7 year old Lillie May Anderson and a 9 year old walked out of an apartment complex on the 1500 block of Argentia Drive.

While walking the two were approached by a black man, in his 30’s, with short dark hair, in a gray crossover type car with missing paint.

The man then offered them a ride and they got into the car and were taken to a nearby corner store on on W. Kiest Blvd and S. Polk Street.

Around 12:15 pm, the nine year old went to the door of the store and that’s when the unknown male drove away in the car with Lillie Mae.

Shortly after 12:30 pm, Dallas police received a call after the 9 year old was found in a parking lot by a witness.

Once authorities arrive an investigation begins as officers begin to gather personal information. Authorities also tried to gather information about the suspect and suspect vehicle.

At 6:45 pm an Amber Alert was issued and on June 12, around 12:40 am, a child was spotted walking along the sidewalk of an apartment complex on the 1500 block of Argentia. She was then taken to an area hospital.

No vehicle or person was seen dropping the child off. She was identified as 7 year old Lillie May Anderson.

The investigation remains ongoing.
