An investigation is underway after a 52 year old man was found inside a vehicle with a gunshot wound over the weekend.
Around 5:30 p.m. Dallas police responded to a shooting call on the 800 block of N Westmoreland Road. Upon arrival they found the victim, Ruben Alvarado-Montano, inside a vehicle suffering from a gunshot wound.
He was transported to a nearby hospital where he was pronounced dead from his injuries.
At this time authorities have no suspect(s) in custody. This investigation is ongoing.
