Dallas police arrested a DPD employee on a County warrant for Accident Involving Damage >=$200, on July 29, 2024.

Senior Police Report Representative Rufus Philips, #070495 has been with the department since October 1998 and is currently assigned to Crime Analysis/Staff Review.

Phillips has been placed on administrative leave pending the outcome of the investigation.
