Back in November, Breyanna Knox and Nakia Robertson had stated that their drinks had been spiked as they had a girls’ night out at a Dallas nightclub, Harlowe MXM.

The women said that a security guard had told them to “show some love” to the bartender as they were waiting to go inside.

The bartender then gave them two shots. Knox and Robertson remember feeling disoriented and sick a little while after that.

Eventually, they ended up outside and couldn’t find the car keys. Robertson was vomiting, and they couldn’t recall how they wound up outside in the rain.

The following morning, the pair woke up, trying to determine what had happened the night before.

Knox found text messages from an unfamiliar number, showing that the sender was someone from the club’s security staff.

He supposedly said that he would get an Uber for her to his “crib until we figure it out.” Concerned about the text, the two went to get drug tested to determine if there was in substances in their system. To their dismay, Knox tested positive for methamphetamine.

However, they aren’t the only ones who have spoken out. Several women have said that they are victims of similar occurrences at the club, leading to fear and backlash in the community.

Now, the club is officially shut down.

The owners of the restaurant, Cindy and Jim Hughes, stated that they informed their “outsourced security company,” to conduct an internal investigation after being told about the initial occurrence.

Dallas investigators and The Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission were also given all the footage from the night in question.

Knox and Robertson have hired a lawyer and are encouraging other victims to contact Tucker Law Firm.
