A Brooklyn man arrested last month for beating his girlfriends baby to death has now been charged with murder.
Ricardo Price,23, was babysitting his girlfriends 4 month old daughter Royalty Kemp on June 21.
They were inside a Roosevelt Houses apartment on Lewis Avenue near Pulaski Street in Bushwick while he played video games.
According to reports Royalty began crying so Price tried shaking his leg in attempt to keep the baby quiet causing her to bounce if his knee multiple times.
He even told officers that he struck the infant in the head with the controller to try to quiet her.
The baby was taken to Woodhull Medical Center two days later where doctors noticed severe head trauma.
She was transferred to Bellevue Hospital, where she died on July 1.
Price was arrested and charged with attempted murder, three counts of assault, reckless assault on a child and acting in a manner injurious to a child.
