A Louisiana woman has been charged with the alleged murder of her boyfriend after a dispute over breakfast.
Authorities report that 24-year-old Tamyrihu Hubbard called 911 on Sunday around 10:30 a.m. to say she had shot her boyfriend, Joshua Jones, in the chest. When deputies arrived at the residence, they found Jones unresponsive from a gunshot wound. Emergency crews pronounced him dead at the scene.
Hubbard told investigators that the violent confrontation stemmed from an argument about her eating too much at breakfast.
She was taken into custody at the scene and is currently being held at the St. John the Baptist Parish Jail on charges of second-degree murder.
