A Las Vegas man is in custody for murder and kidnapping after a young boys deceased body was found in a freezer in his garage.
According to reports the victims older sister went to school Tuesday and handed her teacher a note from her mother saying she was being held against her will and didn’t know if her son was alive.
That prompted the teacher to call authorities. When they went to the home they saw the suspect, Brandon Toseland,35 leaving the home with the mother.
Authorities quickly handcuffed Toseland. They obtained a search warrant for his home and found a 4 year old’s deceased body inside a freezer in a garage.
Toseland was charged with first degree murder and two counts of kidnapping.
During the investigation officers leave we the mother was being kept against her will in handcuffs. She told authorities she hadn’t seen her son since December and didn’t know if he was still alive.
She also told police that she was both mentally, physically and sexually abused.
Toseland is now facing a first degree murder charge and two counts of kidnapping.
