The deceased body of 5 year old Nevaeh Adams was found Tuesday in a South Carolina landfill.
According to reports Adams was reported missing after her mother Sharee Bradley,29 was found dead inside her apartment back in August.
Authorities arrested a man name Daunte Johnson,28 after witnesses told police they saw him leaving the apartment.
Once in custody Johnson admitted to killing Bradley and Adams and then dumping Adams body in a dumpster.
By the time police got to the dumpster the contents had already been emptied and taken to a landfill.
After deep searching through landfills DNA confirmed it was indeed Nevaeh Adams remains.
Johnson remains in custody on two counts of capital murder.
