A second suspect has been arrested in connection with the murder of 79 year old Christina Barsanti in Bedford.

Earlier this month authorities arrested and charged Brandon Paramore for the death of Barsanti. After further investigation police were able to obtain a clear picture of the vehicle used to commit the crime and locate the vehicle.

The vehicle was located in Jefferson Parrish along with the second suspect, 26 year old Aaron Pouchie, on June 10. He was taken into custody by Jefferson Parrish Sheriff’s on June 11 for unrelated charges.

Bedford detectives then obtained an arrest warrant and charged Pouchie with capital murder. They also arranged for the suspect vehicle to be returned to Texas for processing.

The Tarrant County District Attorney’s office is now working on the extradition process to get Pouchie back to Texas and placed in Tarrant County jail.

Brandon Paramore, who was originally arrested and charged with the murder, has been released from custody.

This case is still under investigation.
