Autopsy Reveals Tennessee Mother Died Of Drug Overdose And 1 Year Old Died Of Starvation

An autopsy revealed a 1 year old boy found dead inside a home with his mother died of starvation and she died of drug overdose.
The mother and son were found inside a Portland home back in February.
According to reports the bodies were found by a probation officer who was performing a home visit.
Officers arrived and found the deceased woman and 1 year old boy along with a 3 year old girl that was still alive.
The autopsy report released Monday stated that the mother died of drug toxicity from methamphetamine and fentanyl.
The 15 month old boy died of starvation and dehydration. Both deaths were ruled accidental.
