On April 23, 2023, a deadly crash occurred involving a 20-year-old woman. Around 5:30 p.m., the wreck occurred on Mid Cities Blvd. close to Little Ranch Rd., in North Richland Hills, Texas.
Witnesses stated that the car was speeding just before the wreck. Additionally, a further review of the matter showed that alcohol was involved.
Now authorities have apprehended 25-year-old Justin Plunkett. On August 22, he was taken to the Tarrant County Jail.
Plunkett is facing intoxication manslaughter charges, and his bond is $25,000.
