An attorney for Dallas rapper Yella Beezy claims that his client was not a part of the altercation involving R&B sensation Chris Brown and his entourage last week.

A lawsuit was filed July 21 following the Chris Brown concert on July 20. It was alleged that Chris Brown, his entourage and Yella Beezy attacked 4 men after the concert in Fort Worth.

The plaintiffs hired Tony Buzbee, a high profile attorney out of Houston, who believed he has enough evidence to pursue the case.

Daryl K. Washington, the attorney of Yella Beezy, says his client did attend the concert but says he had no involvement in the altercation.

A security guard, Frederick R. Overpeck, 58, was there trying to break up the fight at the Dickies arena that night and claims he was injured and is seeking $15 million in damages.
