Arrest Warrant Issued For Dallas Councilman Accused Of Fleeing Scooter Crash

An arrest warrant for Dallas city councilman Kevin Felder has been signed after he allegedly fled the scene of a scooter crash.
Dallas county judge Tammy Kemp signed the arrest warrant Monday for Felder.
The crash took place on February 13 near the 2500 block of Malcolm X Blvd when Felder was driving a Ford Fusion that struck a scooter and injured a teen.
He denied striking the teen or having any involvement in the crash but an eyewitness said he and the driver of the scooter exchanged words and Felder fled the scene.
Felder represents District 7 which also includes South Dallas and Fair Park area.
Felder’s attorney has denied his clients involvement in the crash.
