A man has died after being shot by a teen last week in Dallas.
On August 5, just before noon, Dallas police responded to a shooting call on the 3500 block of Munger Avenue. Upon arriving they found the victim, 38 year old Raul Torres, suffering from a gunshot wound.
Torres was transported to an area hospital in critical condition.
On August 11 Torres died from his injuries.
During the investigation officers learned that 17 year old Francisco Bautista was responsible for the shooting. An arrest warrant for murder has been issued.
Bautista still remains at large.
