Angry Father Arrested After Finding 20 Year Old Man In His 14 Year Old Daughter’s Bedroom

A father from Coweta County has been arrested for the aggravated assault of a man he found in his fourteen year old daughter’s bedroom.
Investigators stated although they were sympathetic to the fathers anger when he knocked out Keywontrezes Humphries,20 teeth but he crossed the legal line when had fired shots as the man fled down the street.

Many fathers can say they would do the same if in the position  Ismael Casillas,40 had been in when he found a man inside his daughter’s bedroom on the 4th of July.
That is beating the man bloody and even knocking a few teeth out. But there is a limit that even a Lenient Georgia Law allows homeowners defending their family.
According to investigators the dad flew into a fit of rage and severely beat and choked Humphries.
Officers say had Casillas stopped there he would not have been charged.
It was at this point when he asked his wife to bring him a gun and he met the man in the front yard and continued the beating until Humphries was able to get away and flee down the street.
It was at this point that Casillas crossed the line and shot fires as the man fled the scene. The law states that continuing actions against an intruder once they are no longer a threat and investigators stated Keywontrwzea was no longer seen as a threat while fleeing down the street.
Investigators also stated that they will be charging Keywontrwzea with child molestation, seeing as he was in a relationship with the fourteen year old girl and had climbed in her bedroom through a window. He is known as Man Man and because of there age they are persuing a sex crime investigation that could lead to more charges being made against him.
This investigation is ongoing.
