A janitor at Curtis Middle School in Allen was apprehended this week for soliciting a minor.
On February 24, 2025, the Denton County Sheriff’s Office Human Trafficking Unit took into custody 47-year-old Jason James Giuliani on charges of Online Solicitation of a Minor.
In an undercover sting operation, Giuliani was led to believe he was engaging in communication about sexual acts with a 15-year-old girl and was sending her explicit photos electronically.
The investigation revealed that Giuliani was working as a contracted custodian at the school at the time. He was arrested on-site at the school with the assistance of the Allen Independent School District and the Allen Police Department, and subsequently booked into the Denton County Jail.
