Politician, Allen West, has reiterated that his wife, Angela West, deserves an apology after her case has been rejected for filing. Additionally, he wants the Dallas Police Department’s Chief Garcia to show the complete bodycam footage of her arrest.
“My wife’s honor and reputation should have never been assailed,” he said in a statement posted on social media.
Last month, Angela West was apprehended by officers after her vehicle veered over into another lane. She had her grandson in the car and had just finished eating at a restaurant. Police suspected that she was intoxicated.
Allen West has continually denied that his wife was drinking. He even showed evidence in a receipt that she had only purchased lemonade.
Now, the DA has looked at the toxicology report which showed that there was not any alcohol or drugs in Angela’s system.
There will be no charges against Mrs. West.
