A Man Has Been Arrested And Charged With Murder For Killing A Homeless Dallas Man

One man is dead, a woman is in stable condition and another man is in custody after a shooting early Saturday morning.
Officers responded to a shooting call on the 12700 block of N. Central Expressway Service Rd and when officers arrived they found a man laying on the sidewalk of a bike trail.
He was pronounced dead at the scene.
Officers responded to another shooting call at Circle K convenience store on the 12950 block of Coit Rd and when they arrived they found a woman suffering from a gunshot wound.
The woman was able to tell officers what happened and who shot her before being transported to a nearby hospital where she is in stable condition.
Officers returned back to the area near 75 and was able to flush the suspect out of a drainage ditch and take him into custody.
During the interview Carl Randle,28 admitted to shooting the two victims during an argument and was booked into custody where he remains on a $500,000 bond.
All parties involved were said to be homeless.
