Authorities in Volusia County, Florida, have stated that one person was killed on Sunday evening due to a shooting.
Reports indicate that a 42-year-old man was shot by his neighbor, close to 7:13 p.m. as he was cutting trees near his property line. The victim died from a gunshot injury.
Detectives are now interviewing the neighbor who is said to have fired the shot. He has been named as Edward Druzolowski, 78.
Druzolowski faces a charge of second-degree murder.
