74 Year Old Man Fatally Shoots Daughter Outside Arlington Home

A man was arrested after he fatally shot his daughter in front of his Arlington home.
Officers responded to a shooting call on the 2100 block of Lake Country Drive on November 2.
Upon arrival they found the victim, Chelsea Heimann,31 suffering from multiple gunshot wounds in the front yard.
She was transported to an area hospital where she was pronounced dead.
During the investigation officers learned that Chelsea and the suspect, her father, George Heimann,74 had gotten into a verbal argument that escalated.
George told officers that he just “snapped” before he pulled a gun and murdered his daughter.
Officers recovered the handgun used at the scene.
George was arrested and charged with murder.
His bond was set at $75,000.
