7 Year Old Struck And Killed By Hit And Run Driver In Ft. Worth

A 7 year old was killed Tuesday night while trying to cross the street in Ft. Worth.
According to reports Nelson Morlaes,7 was attending a family gathering when he attempted to cross the street and was struck by a car.
Officers responded to the 3200 block of Comanche St around 10pm in which the boy was transported to Cook Children’s Medical Center where he died from his injuries.
Police say the driver of the vehicle dragged the boy for several blocks before speeding off from the scene.
No description of the vehicle has been released at this time.
