Garland police are investigating after a 60 year old woman was murdered inside her daughters brand new home Tuesday night.
Officers responded to a shooting call near Northwest Highway and LaPrada Dr around 7pm.
Upon arrival they found the victim, Patricia Eifert,60 fatally shot inside.
According to reports Eifert was helping her daughter and husband move in their new Garland home when an unknown man and woman broke into the home.
Surveillance footage from a neighbors camera see a black 4 door vehicle slowly riding through the alley and stopping.
Two people, male and female got out of the car and went into a garage. Moments later the video shows the same two people running out of the garage with items in their hands.
It also showed the female suspect grabbing belongings out of Eifert’s vehicle before fleeing the scene.
After fleeing the scene the couple get into a crash less than a mile away from the scene and the victim says a man pointed a gun at them before fleeing.
After a thorough investigation officers were able to later identify the two suspects as
Kvaughandre Presley,20 and Gabriela Liliana Torres,21. They are both wanted for murder.
