6 people are dead and 32 were hospitalized after a cliff broke off and crashed on top of 3 tourist boats in Brazil.
The incident took place Saturday evening at a popular tourist attraction, Lake Furnas. Officials say 23 of the hospitalized victims could be released soon, however, 6 are in critical condition. Search in rescue is being conducted on the lake for 20 people who are still unaccounted for.
Romeu Zema, the Governor, tweeted updates on the incident. Zema claims heavy rains are a big factor in why the cliff collapsed. However, the Brazilian Navy has launched an investigation into the actual cause of the tragedy.
