Early Sunday morning, a woman celebrating her birthday and her sister were two of four people killed at a house party.
Authorities say that there were five victims who suffered gunshot wounds in the “deadly targeted ambush,” in Inglewood, California.
The shooting transpired around 1:30 a.m. Two people were discovered dead at the location, and others were taken to a medical facility.
Relatives stated that the celebration was for Breahna Stines’s 20th birthday. They revealed that her sister, 25-year-old Marneysha Hamilton, her sister, also died. Detectives said that one of the victims had rented the residence through an Airbnb.
A man who survived, has a lengthy criminal record and indicated that he as associated with a gang, was in critical condition.
Others killed haven’t been named.
Police say that there is more than one suspect, and shell casings from an assault rifle and handgun were located.
At the scene, a woman could be seen comforting another woman, and man was seen ‘confronting” a male victim who was wounded in the ambulance.
No one has been arrested, and no suspect description has been provided.
