3 USDA Meat Inspectors Dead Due To COVID-19 Virus And 145 Employees Infected

The outbreak of the Coronavirus has left thousands of workers at processing plants across the country at risks of infection.
Sadly hundreds of federal meat inspectors have been exposed to COVID-19 already on April 28,over 140 field employees didn’t show up to work due to the Coronavirus and one hundred and thirty went into self quarantine due to the fact that they had been exposed to COVID-19.
As of Tuesday one in each area died from the Coronavirus in the New York City area, the Chicago area and in the Mississippi area, they hall worked for the American Federation of Government Employees (AFGE), a Union Representing food inspections.
