On Tuesday, three minors aged 11, 12, and 16 were apprehended in relation to a bank robbery in Houston last week.
“All three suspects known as ‘little rascals’ are in custody,” facing a charge of robbery by threat, FBI Houston stated on social media.
Since they are juveniles, no details surrounding their identity have been released.
On March 14, authorities tweeted images of the ‘little rascals,’ stating that they had robbed the Wells Fargo at 10261 North Freeway. The images revealed the suspects, two of them with hoodies on, walking through what seemed to be the bank lobby area.
It was noted that the three had left the bank on foot. The robbery had occurred right after 3:00 p.m.
Officials say that the boys threatened the teller although bystanders say they hadn’t observed any weapons.
