Officers with the Dallas Police Department were summoned to a location in the 4600 block of Lake Avenue, in regards to a shooting, on Tuesday, at about 3:30 p.m.
DPDbeat noted that once there, it was learned that a male, Ashton Barnes, 24, had been shot inside of a residence. He was declared deceased at the location.
No one has been apprehended, and there is no information on any suspects.
An investigation is continuing.
