23 Year Old Male Fatally Shot Inside North Dallas Apartment

An investigation is underway after a 23 year old man was fatally shot Monday afternoon in North Dallas.

Shortly before 5 p.m. Dallas officers responded to a shooting call on the 9700 block of Forest Lane. Upon arriving they found 23 year old Chiquavion Ross inside an apartment suffering from a gunshot wound.

Emergency crews arrived and transported Ross to a local hospital where he was pronounced dead.

Authorities have no suspect(s).
