22 Year Old Man Found Dead Near William Blair Jr Park In South Dallas

Dallas police are investigating the death of a young man found dead near William Blair Jr Park.
Officers responded to a call on the 2900 block of Municipal St and upon arrival they found Ricardo Xavier Rangel,22 deceased from homicidal violence.
No suspects have been arrested at this time and the investigation is ongoing.
