On Thursday, two people were killed, and six others were hurt as a stabbing took place. This happened outside of the Wynn Casino, on the Las Vegas strip. Authorities have stated that the occurrence was unprovoked.
Close to 11:40 a.m., authorities started getting reports of multiple stabbings, on Las Vegas Blvd.
As they were on the scene, they swiftly put a suspect in custody and gave medical attention to the injured.
Two of the eight victims succumbed to their injuries, and three more victims were listed in critical condition. The victims were said to be tourists and some locals.
The assailant, reportedly, is a man in his 30s, who appeared to have come to the community recently.
Investigators stated that they are determining the man’s identity, and an investigation is continuing.
