A shooting inside a Walmart Supercenter in Wyoming left two people injured on New Year’s Eve.
The incident happened around 6 pm in the checkout area when the victim and two suspects got into an altercation that turned physical.
During the altercation one of the suspects pulled out a gun and fired multiple rounds, striking a female bystander and the male victim, according to Lt. Andrew Koeller.
Emergency crews transported the woman to an area hospital and the male victim was taken by a private vehicle. Both are expected to survive.
Authorities are working to get the surveillance footage.
The shooter was wearing a black winter coat with white fur around the collar, a red sweatshirt, and black pants. The second suspect was wearing light colored pants and a black sweatshirt.
Both suspects still remain at large.
