A 19 year old man has shot and killed a suspected robber Tuesday night in Dallas.
Officers responded to a shooting call on the 3300 block of South Haskell Ave.
when officers arrived they found Demetrice Howard,48 on the ground suffering from multiple gunshot wounds.
He was taken to an area hospital where he was pronounced dead.
The unidentified 19 year old male was also taken to a hospital where he was treated for non life threatening gunshot wound to the chest.
During investigation officers spoke with a witness that informed them that Howard tried to rob the 19 year old that was sitting in the front driver seat.
At that time, the 19 year old shot and killed Howard.
No charges have been filed against the 19 year old at this time.
This investigation remains ongoing.
