A Dallas man has been arrested and charged with his mothers girlfriends death.
Officers responded to a shooting call Saturday on the 6000 block of Crosswood Ln and upon arrival they found Ambra Brown,39 suffering from gunshot wounds.
She was transported to a nearby hospital where she died the next day from her injuries.
According to reports Brad Robertson,19 got into an argument with his mothers girlfriend when Robertson pulled out a handgun and shot Brown.
He was originally arrested and charged with aggravated assault and released on bond.
He was arrested again Tuesday morning and charged with first degree murder.
No bond has been given at this time.
