Arizona police arrested a man that killed a man and injured a woman during a carjacking last month in Desoto.
The incident occurred on May 15 in the 300 block of South Elerson Road.
According to reports the victim, Randall “Scott” Thornhill, 34 was inside his vehicle with his 5 year old son and passenger Heather French,29 waiting to drop his son off.
While inside the car waiting Evan McMaryion,19 walked up to the vehicle and shot Thornhill ans French.
Both were transported to an area hospital where Thornhill died from his injuries and French suffered non life threatening injuries.
After thorough investigation Desoto police were able to track McMaryion to Arizona.
He was arrested and is being held in Pinal County jail on charges of capital murder and aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.
He is awaiting extradition back to Texas.
He’s got a cross on his forehead! HAHA!
