18 Year Old Killed And Four Others Injured During Shooting In New York Walmart Parking Lot

An 18 year old man is dead and three other injured following a deadly shooting at a New York Walmart early Monday morning.

Officers responded to a shooting call around 12:50am on the 1400 block of Hudson Ave.
Upon arrival officers learned that a large group of people had met in the Walmart parking lot to fight.

More than 20 gunshots were fired, at least five people were struck and transported to Rochester General Hospital.

Angel Gonzales-Pagan,18 was pronounced dead at the hospital while a 43 year old man was listed in critical condition.
A 31 and 23 year old man were also shot and suffered non life threatening injuries.

Initially officers reported a 15 year old was shot at the scene but after investigating it was determined she was not shot just taken to an area hospital as a precautionary.

This investigation remains ongoing.
Walmart released a statement saying, “ Overnight while our store was closed, an incident occurred on our parking lot. We are continuing to work with law enforcement as they conduct their investigation.”
